This
sweet daughter of the incomparable Fox Valley Annie has been a major
force for Tally Ho Shires in producing champions, her most notable being
the up-headed, 19-hand Tally Ho BK's Contender. Contender was a
Regional Reserve Grand Champion Stallion as a weanling. Abby is an
older style Shire who is big and raw-boned, yet she has all the
components of a good brood mare. Her joints are clean, she moves
true, and she is an up-headed mare who passes that presence on to her
foals. Windchime Abby also has a superb disposition, something
that Tally Ho Shires places significant emphasis on in order to produce
horses that complement a sound body with a sound mindset. Abby
won't win a beauty contest, but she consistently puts Shires in the
winner's circle for Tally Ho. |
